This is the elevator trio onboard the cruiseferry M/S Silja Europa. The lifts are located in forward staircase. Number 4,5 and 6 in internal numbering.
The video also features camera surfing on top of all the three lifts - it is actually possible to do so here, since the shafts are always lit up, and there is enough space between the door system and the doors themselves (about 10 cm), so this is the result - you'll see the shafts, and you can hear the sounds quite clearly. You'll also notice the counterweights on the left side of the cabs, and the fact that there are net walls between the elevators - that's truly amazing.

Note: The Silja Europa was moved to the Helsinki-Tallinn route in February 2013, and the lamp floor indicators and the button panels have been updated a bit (not the touch-buttons though). In my opinion, the updated floor indicators look pretty good, but the new white background on the button panels doesn't fit in at all, it looks pretty cheap, and it was nicer before.
