Hello Prasad, I am also an investor of this app. There are multiple factors involved in this also. Firstly their app is available on Google platform so we trusted that app. Once I mailed them to disclose what they are doing and what their business model is. Then they replied we can't share with you our business model or how we are running our business. That was the time I thought of withdrawing my money but they imposed a 20% convenience charge and even after I tried to pay bills or recharge but I can't bcz they deliberately failed their transactions so you can't withdraw money. The government's role is also very critical in it bcz this thing happened below the nose of the government. Some of the other people also threatened them that we will file a complaint to the RBI and they replied we are not in the jurisdiction of RBI.

Bol raha hai RBI se notice aaya, problem solve hoga to inform kar denge. Mai soch raha hu yeh company RBI registered nahi hai to RBI notice kyun bhejega? Mujhe lag raha hai company jhut bol raha hai. Last 3 month se server problem ka natak kiya, Abhi RBI ka natak kar raha hai. NoFees & Priority Pass k liye 2 lakh+ extra charge diya company ko.
