An established firm can file communication with FINRA after the use within 10 days...

Yes, that is correct Travis. After a firm has been in business for one year, they are considered an established firm, and are then are required to file retail communications with FINRA within 10 business days of first use. It is only during the first year that they must file the communication at least 10 business days prior to use. You got it!
