Like 1.What to do when bills are in 2B but not in books as material is not received 2.What to do when bills are in books but not in 2B Both these can be bills of allowable ITC & disallowed ITC How to show the values in 3B ITC table options & Accounting entries thereof in such cases

Sir, this vlookup function can be reduced if you add a new column in your merge data sheet, like making only 1 single sheet for merge data of 2b and books. And making a column with name source and mention 2b and tally for relevant data in the rows. And in pivot use that under column heading in pivot. This will make both tally and 2b data coming simultaneously beside each other, upon the same gst number.
