Bakit pag GCash ang daming sinasabi ni Lito Villanueva ng RCBC? They had the same problem but they are not going after the scammers account/ banks... bank secrecy daw. Last year pa and until now no resolution!

Gcash should hire real CSR not just a robot named Gigi to answer questions and concern.

Please do not always blame customers or accountholders regarding the sharing of OTPs. They are not sharing those pins. The financial institutions should have robust IT systems that protect customers and their accounts from hacking or unauthorized transfers or withdrawals.

Its not only Gcash! Please I experienced it with my Maya wallet ss well! And they are not investigating my report to them. What should I do about this guys? With one OTP ...I successfully transferred P500.00 and yet they deducted the said amount 9x more!!!! 😢😢😢😢😢
