Fell in love with her music when Tidal came out. I was a preteen. I remember my mom criticizing her and calling her ungrateful for her “this world is bullshit” speech, but I understood the actual message. I know I’m not the only one who feels like they could be best friends with her, but as an INFP I’ve always felt like if I knew her she would understand me (and vice versa).

maybe you are an ambivert
@damasovs3 жыл бұрын
the term ambivert is very subjective. if you truly understand what is introversion and extraversion you will realize how incongruous this term is. explaining, it's about energy. when you're with people, do you retain energy from the environment or put it out? that's why typing a person by letters (e, i, f, s, p...) is so hard and leads to mistype. You can't be introverted and extraverted at the same time, think about someone saying they go to right and left at the same time. Introversion is not about being shy, extraversion is not about being friendly and sociable, as I said, it's about energy canalization (not literally, but figuratively speaking) maybe you're an extraverted person who managed to have time for recollection and introversion. Maybe you're an introverted person that was used to socializing because of your environment, and here we reach the point: MBTI is not about behavior or what you do. It's about why you do it and how. MBTI is about cognitive functions, so if you really want to know what type you are, I recommend you to read about it.
@gonzalovazquezavila5353 жыл бұрын
@@damasovs That's very interesting. I definetely am an extravert. Sure I can be very reclusive at times, usually prefer my own company and I hate crowds, but that doesn't mean I'm introverted. In most social situations, I tend to put out more energy than I retain.

she is way too vulnerable to be a second slot se. isfps wouldn't say something like "i am insecure" in a talk show. they wouldn't feel that way too, most usually. when you, like, open idrlabs' famous isfp page or something (even though that website has a lot of mistypes), you will see a lot of stoic or serious faces. that's the se strength from second slot. fiona apple is very child-like, innocent, naive soul which i adore. 5:50 look at that posture. not se. se would be in tune with the environment and command the environment. fiona's body is like dangling from her mind. the real thing about her is her mind. body is just attached. in return, infps would command the creative atmosphere, they would come up with analogies and shit.

@@akshatsingha5054 stoicness you see in isfps is that "se tough" exterior and it is there to protect sensitive fi. we can call it "se strong" or even "se intimidating" too. don't mess with my feelings. i will react hard! kind of warning sign. infp defense mechanism is more about making you like them and if they can't then avoidance. you look at an infp, and you say but how can i even mess with a cutiepie like you anyway! at least that is how i perceive those two types as an entp.

she reminds me of me and thats why I think she used to be or is an INFJ who has gone through some trauma making her seem like a p. This would explain why she seems like isfp and infp because isfp and infj share some cognitive functions while infj and infp look more similar on the outside but inside are more different.
@hoseokiies_2103 жыл бұрын
that doesnt happen though, you cant just "become" another type, you develop certain functions as you grow but that doesnt mean your type is changing.
@Luke-cb8ub3 жыл бұрын
@@hoseokiies_210 can you elaborate? Bc I’ve been curious about that for a while now (whether your functions can change). Because I’m very confident I’m an INFP, but when I was a teenager (compared to 25 now) I related more to INTP, and when I read about INTP nowadays I still feel that it applies to my teenage self very well, moreso than INFP. That being said I had a LOT of problems growing up (mental, physical and external) that lead to an addiction to opiates/heroin from age 17 to 21 (which was very traumatic on it’s own), so idk whether those issues and experiences affected my functions and/or how they are expressed.
