Lenny wanted to arrest her at one point because she was driving without a licence. She managed to escape since she was chased by Lenny "VCB" Hawk. So he wrote a big, one page warrant with plenty of details. The initial stop and arrest was for "Jaywalking", so when police saw her, they blew it out of proportions and tried arresting her for it.

@@hermanyosef4875 she already had a jaywalking warrant issued by lenny days ago. It was already the 3rd or 4th time they chased her on that day. Dispatch just reminded them how "important" that the whole PD to serve the warrant.

My favorite part about the wheel is how the car odds work. The more money people lose to the wheel the better the car odds get, but the wheel is designed to statistically to always profit in the long run as long as you keep playing. So youre just stuck in a loop begging for a car.

I watched ziggy, ramee, ratedEpicz and snow's RP, its entertaining and chases are thrilling. Police just have bad reputation because chasing rules kinda all over the place and some treats it like pvp, forgetting to RP.
