As someone who works in a hotel if I were to stay in any hotel if fire alarm was activated to full bells I’d evacuate as you never know

For a building of this size there's an exception to the fire code. Evacuating a building of this size would mean it would cause traffic jams. Therefore fire could allows these buildings to investigate the cause of the alarm before having to evacuate the building.

I was there in Nov 2015 and this went off in early hours of morning. So loud in the room nearly impossible to stay in there. Went down stairs to investigate and by reception and the window where the lift are there was water flooding out like a waterfall flooding the reception area
