I normally don’t like dragon shifters, as they so bossy. Beast is extremely demanding, however, he is old world but to keep his woman happy he is learning to communicate. I am happy you didn’t use an AI program to narrate the book. AIs just haven’t been able to express emotions and how tone conveys so much meaning in human speech.
