Fire Emblem: Athos' Journey

This is my Athos' journey, which contains all the battles, all the stat-boosters, and even the ORKO match against the Fire Dragon.
Note: NO RNG ABUSE AT ALL! I merely used Nosferatu/Aureola over and over, and Luna against the Fire Dragon.
In my opinion, I guess he doesn't really need anyone's help after all..

I love how in all of these videos of someone soloing the final chapter the hardest part/closest they come to dying is ALWAYS against Lloyd & Linus. If Linus didn't miss on one of his attacks you would have died.

Well, I'm using VisualBoyAdvance, which allows me to record using it's own video recorder, after recording the video and audio, edit the audio in Audacity to adjust the sound before compiling them in Windows Movie Maker. After you are done, just convert it to at least 720p, FE in 1080p looks abit... weird, so I used 720p instead.

@MrHeliogabalus I can't exactly remember each and every one of the chapters that I got it from, but there should be 3 in total, and all the stat boosters should be just enough for Athos to use them all and nicely get maxed stats except HP.

Man, I remember back when I was a kid and I beat this game the first time - I remember the whole process of being introduced to Athos, seeing him kick ass in that event battle where you don't control him at all, the music set to his encounters which really helps build up the mysteriousness of him, all of that was just epic AF to me because he's the last surviving original hero but then to have him JOIN your party and to fight alongside him - something about that was particularly amazing to me back in the day and I just really loved his inclusion. There's just something insanely epic about him in this game.

Different enemies have their strengths. If you play as a magic user you will find killing Kenneth or Ursula very tedious. Or when you use assassins then Darin is the biggest threat (no kidding)

I guess because Luna's Mt is essentially the target's resistance, so it's pointless on anyone with bad res unless you're going for crits. literally never used it once til Limstella and the final chapter

Luna's as strong as the Magic stat of the person using it, so it was more dangerous on high magic units

I know that it's an old comment, but I'll chime in. Luna has 0 might, its damage will always be the same as the user's magic stat, making it pretty bad against units low res. Luna is heavy, so your main user throughout the majority of the game, Canas, would have a hard time doubling anything with Luna. It also has a rather low hit rate, so you'd better feel lucky when using it because there's a good chance that it'll miss.

Air tempest Aureola's animation is just holy light raining down.. Luce is by far better than Aureola on all levels, and Apocalypse is the most epic looking dark tome in GBA era.

This seems like every other Tuesday for Athos. THE POWER OF ELIMINE COMPELS YOU! And this is why we always call him “Athos Dumbledore” 31% chance to hit, but only deal one damage. That poor Sage. Critical Nosferatu. Oh boy. Athos doesn’t need strategy. He just barrels around the map to kill everything. Gespenst still doesn’t hit. Poor Jerme does no damage. Ursula dies to a crit. Unsurprising. Jerme doesn’t, though. Linus and Lloyd try so hard to defeat Athos, only for all the damage to be undone. Casually dodging black holes. “YOU SHALL NOT PASS!” It’s official, Athos is Dumbledore AND Gandalf.

You can tell that the developers for Sacred Stones knew what they were doing when they brought Luna back. 50 hit rate at base compared to the previous 80. Still powerful, but not quite as broken.

Tre McGuire you have con. if you use a body ring you increase con. if your weopons are heavier than your con it reduces your speed. which can be problematic

Yep. For example, if you have 10 con, and are using a steel axe (15 weight) You lose 5 Speed. If you have 12 speed, using the steel axe with 10 con, you now have 8 speed.

i would have swapped out foreblaze for the berserk staff, for loyde and linus. makes them a cake walk cause they almost always end up killing one and leaving the other with about half health.

km tabs You can put in during the character select phase, because he ddoesn'tleave until you begin the chapter. Even so you could trade it onto a unit you aren't using. But yeah the berserk method works soooo well. you can even have brendon take down darius with it too, although they aren't as hard as loyde and lynus

Either because Nergal is that far from God, or because Athos' purpose in the final chapter is to allow you to beat the game with what little you have (like this) even if you collapsed right after the previous chapter.
