But I just prefer cute and funny conversations like theirs, it contrasts with the serious plot of the game, and while their support was based on honey gathering, you can still see the development of their interactions as the support goes on. These two are the ones I never got them to marry. This is a good support. With Gaius, whoever he marries, he can give the daughter the Pegasus Knight class. Same with Donnel. That’s the reason I didn’t want Gaius marry Sumia.

While I personally disagree about this support chain being a particularly good one, due mostly to how suddenly Gaius changes his mind about Sumia in their A support after noticing she got stung by a bee, I DO, however, 100% understand not wanting to do this pairing because it means that he won't be able to give the pegasus knight to a different daughter (most notably Noire) instead of Cynthia. The only thing this pairing has going for it, as far as Cynthia is concerned, is that she gets access to vantage, and I suppose sol if you have her inherit it from Gaius; other than that, this pairing isn't good for her. As for the support conversations themselves, they're admittedly funny, and the ending is pretty cute, but the lead-up to it is just NOT natural feeling
