After seeing Tharja's support with Nowi, and how Nowi has all her suppressed feelings about her parents, it puts a lot of meaning into how sad she gets about Janaff leaving to be with his family and Nowi desperately wanting to be his mother/friend. She's deeply torn about not having a family and wants that feeling back.

Nowi springs the dozens of kids wish just as they getting married, LMAO! Though I wonder if Nowi's immaturity and attachment problems are because of a lonely existence. Being a human that becomes a dragon would scare most everyone around you, and in this game there seems to be very few dragons, or manateke, at all. She did just escape captivity when chrom first recruited her, so it might show she had no chance at companionship, unlike Tiki who was revered as the god Naga's voice.

I don't hate Nowi because she is cute (even if a little immature...) but I hate most of her support dialogues. I feel like IS could've managed some better scripts for her. Even Stahl almost can't salvage this one. And pfffft.... Dozens of dragon babies. Just, run Stahl. Jail is the least of your worries now.

+Dreadfort serjeant-at-arms Isolation and being disconnected from human culture means that such a thing is quite feasable. Given that manaketes tend to be very secluded and secretive about their whereabouts and the fact that they grow at a much slower rate both physiologically and psychologically means that yes, it's very possible for Nowi to act the way she does.
