I think Laslow is a good pick to one, round out the awakening trio and 2, his class options. He can go bow knight for mobility and sword+bow access or go ninja and use daggers. Unless you go for something funny like Maid Camilla (dew it and beruka will be the only wyvern) laslow is one of the easiest units to make into solid 1-2 combat units as a ninja.

Since I did a run with randomised pairings, Charlotte getting Outlaw from Keaton is one of the funniest things. She can also pass down Mov+1 for instance to Velouria! Just an idea. Also my vote would be Forrest!

I think you should stream it, even if it will delay awakening guide it should be a less draining experience for a bit, my recommendation would be soliel mostly cuz she is my fav child unit and i love her hair style

Personally I would like the run to by stream, since it brings some variety. But if doing the run off stream is better for your schedule then that is fine as well. A mid ground play would be do 1 or 2 test run for conquest and see what its reception is. Then you can decide more clearly on fully stream the run or episodic videos.
