I love the Alm and Rudolf's fight cutscene. The "You took my friends", and "Now, you took Celica too" conveys so much emotion. The fighting shows Alm's anger towards Rudolf, and he gives it everything he's got. The voice acting was perfect. While the gameplay was flawed, it was fun, and the story was spot on! Wonderful Fire Emblem experience.

I just finished this game and absolutely adored it. It was heart wrenching and beautifully remastered. I really think this is my favorite FE game I have completed so far. I love the incorporation of all the voice acting and the flow of the storyline that is harder to get in the format of new fire emblem games. I just enjoyed this game so much and wish I could replay it without knowing what happens.

Kinda late but the frame rate in Awakening and Fates is actually higher than in Echoes and 3H. It's why the animations in both Fates and Awakening are more fluid than here. Not gonna really say that makes the Fates cutscenes better. I don't know how powerful the New 3DS is when you compare it to home consoles like the GameCube or Wii but I do know that regular 3DS's isn't as powerful as the Gamecube and its successors. Definitely intended. There are still plenty of roles expected of men and women (as seen in dialogue during the game) but it seems that women going to war isn’t really an issue for people in Fódlan. Also, it’s practicality. It’s easier to make a couple male and female designs for certain classes and copy them endlessly then do the same with both men and women.
