That's just how you play Fire Emblem. Funny enough tho, I have tried to do an Ironman (no resets) on both 7 and 8 and, without fail, my first death in the first or second battle is a Lord. Which means game over and restart.

@@MelonieMac Hi. I loved F3H too, spent hundreds of hours to unlock all possible character supports dialogues. Btw, have you heard of Tales of Arise ? I am more of a FF and FE type of player but I made an exception for Tales of. You could try it and see if you like it. It is an awesome game, with very likeable characters. Story is decent. ANd it is very flashy combat playstyle.

I’m so happy to see someone loves fire emblem as much as I do! Great video melonie and I am also doing hard classic. Just a couple of recommendations though, if you click x while hovering over a character, you can see what everything does that’s on the bottom hood, including the characters abilities that can give them buffs. An example of a good ability I’ve used so far is Etie’s ability which is if you use a vulnerary on her, it gives her a buff to damage for her next turn. But absolutely loved this and hope I can catch the next one live.

Hmm... I wasn't sure if I'd pick this game up. I really liked the character/combat balance in Three Houses over the 3DS titles. But the story/characters seem interesting, so I'm thinking I'll pick this up.

Caught some of last night's Engage stream. It was fun! Also, stoked to hear you're now focused on collecting games physically! If you'd like to really jumpstart your collection, I'd recommend collecting physical copies of *Ys* games. Not only are Ys games super fun to play (I would consider Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana one of the best RPGs I've ever played), but physical copies for Ys games can go for really high value due to how niche and criminally overlooked the series is. Ys is both worth playing AND collecting :)

I'm a scrub and played casual even though I always abuse time crystal when someone dies anyway. it kinda ends up making more sense in this game 'cause there are so many antagonists you beat up a ton of times and they just come back in later chapters, pff.

Is there not a mode where you can side by side the picture? Or maybe a mode where you can in picture the stream and minimize it to make space, then add in the selfie cam to the extra spacr and reformat the screen size? (I am definately expecting too much. I seriously doubt people have actual technical control over things like this)
