+Ken Krumbach Ehh...The intent isn't meant to be as black and white as that. Generally they are up in the hyperbolic time chamber more for their safety then anything, since even in your my castle your not safe from attack and a fort is hardly a place to raise a child, as Corrin can attest to. As well most of the parents aren't exactly ecstatic with their children wanting to fight, but usually end up caving for one reason or another. Heck half of the children outright leave the hyperbolic time chamber, forcing their parents to come help them out.

I believe if people keep buying things that are censored or poorly translated (some localisation of things can be ok in certain circumstances) then the quality of future games being localized will drop because the company's will see that you don't have to do a really good job. From what I've seen some voice actors sound really bad, I believe they also did censor something regarding some swimsuit feature in the game and "rawrrrgh is dragon for I love you" is not good localizing. Some people are fine with what were getting, others hold a higher level of quality and standards when it comes to localized games.

Alright. That's it. This has gotten out of hand. The amount of vitriol, name-calling, and general unpleasantness (to say the least) in any Fire Emblem comment section lately is absurd. This fanbase has been fractured, perhaps even irrevocably shattered. I really don't care about the changed content. I would have been fine with or without the skinship in the game (probably would've ignored it if it was in anyways), I mostly prefer dub over sub so I don't care about the dual audio, and the "memes" I've seen so far have been cute at best and harmless at worst. Awakening had memes too ("my body is ready", "what a horrible night to have a curse", etc.) and I didn't see anyone complain about those. After typing this, I'm staying away from the comments section of ALL Fire Emblem videos for the next few weeks and I highly recommend that all of you reading this do the same.
