Fire Emblem GBA: Custom Animation Showcase (FEE3 2024)

This was a nice surprise to see at this year's FEE3. I'm actually using the Ophanim and Living Armor animations as part of my next project, so stay tuned for that!

Holy shit, it's the funny axe efficionado! I remember playing shackled power, it was a great time. The unique animations were really good in terms of fluid motion, and the ones with more out-there concepts usually looked great (Nestrix unfurling her hair into a pair of seaweed-like wings is still peak) but some really suffered from awkward posing, or very bland body detail (Prosel, guerilla class line). Neither of those were noticable at all on these, and I think they look excellent. Also, I think the audio effects tied to the animations were also really smart, like taking the whispy jingle used by dancers to add sound effects to the Orochi sprite, ot the thundercrack just as the Ophanim crits are great for emphasis.

Sure was surprised to see Cu in here. Probably the only thing I wish he had was him throwing Gae Bolg from the air in his Javelin crit.

Super amazing! The Harpy is my favorite, but gotta say that Living Armor flame animatiom was top notch!
