Oh man I know, right? I was a bit put-off by the higher pitch on Ephraim at first but then I fell in love with his crit lines, and now I just love the guy's voice in general. Definitely one of my top VAs at this point.

I really want him in the next main line Fire Emblem game... a "Waifu Emblem" variety since I honestly want to marry any calm "Lukas-y" character with his voice now. XD (...I've been trying to figure out how to describe his voice, and I finally realized that it's soft yet husky at the same time. Kind of makes me think of a wolf.)

Same haha. And I'm of the opinion that they could do with toning down the "waifu-ness" of FE for a bit. Some middle ground between Echoes and Awakening would be nice (Fates' skinship was entirely too much, yikes). Ahh thank you, I'm terrible at describing sounds. I like the "soft yet husky" description (a friend of mine said it was like melted butter which I also feel is accurate)

Ooh, it's a tough call for me; I like both of them so much. I *really* love English!Ephraim's crit lines though (damn that VA is good at shouting) so I suppose he wins by a small amount.

I like his normal quotes better in Japanese because it has a tad more emotion in it (I love Mr.Greg so don't get me wrong here) although the his English critcal quotes highlight his hunger for battle far better than the Japanese version.

Greg Chun does a fantastic job with the English voicing. Fun fact he also voices Lukas (both Heroes and Echoes), Eldigan, and suprising enough Ike (only Heroes). I have yet to play Echoes or most of the older games but I've fallen in absolute LOVE with Lukas, with a voice acting playing a major role in that. Also, who is Ephriams Japanese voice actor?
