The girls that i want to build but keep using for skill inheritance.... Man, I'm envious :c Would Minerva better have a 3 turn special? 2 turn specials activate in every encounter with retaliation anyways, but its of 1 turn with her weapon

I find 2-turn Specials (which become 1-turn with Hauteclere) work better with Desperation. Minerva is usually beefy enough to survive almost anything, and then she enters Desperation range, which lets her hit twice with her Special (if she can double, which she usually does). I would give her the Heavy Blade seal and give her a 3-turn Special, but Alm has the seal right now.
