FE Three houses is an excellent game but Fates has the best opening sequences.

Agreed. I really like how the war part at the beginning had a painting like aesthetic. While I don’t like Fates much, the art is beautiful.

Hiya8partyz The music, gameplay, animation was all fantastic for fates. If the writers actually put effort into their writing, fates would’ve had good potential.

@@torreywilliams6154 I think the problem was more about how much they could put inside the cartridge of the 3DS. I read the manga and the audio dramas and they are SO GOOD. I am really sure that if the 3DS could have the same memory capacity that the switch they could put all the story and the supports that the writer has in his mind. I read that the writer written more of 300 pages of story and they have to resume it to least of 100 pages. :(

My first fire emblem game was awakening and then I got fire emblem fates Conquest and my thoughts on fire emblem fates Conquest was that I thought the game was fine and I agree that the opening is fantastic.

Yeah, Fates would’ve had potential if the writers actually tried, because literally every other aspect was amazing. The music was arguably better than Awakening (and that’s saying something), the animation is the best we’ve seen out of the FE franchise, the gameplay was actually complex unlike Awakening where you could just slap a S support together and kill the entire map.

@@torreywilliams6154 Yeah the story is probably the part most will say is the weakest part which considering they did three separate paths, I am not surprised that the story suffered in that regard. In a sense you could say it stretched itself thin in trying to cover all three possible paths.
