For Vanessa, Tana and Syrene to learn their triangle attack, you first need to promote Vanessa and Tana. At least 1 of them must be promoted to a Falcon knight. You can have either Vanessa or Tana become a Wyvern knight, but if you have both of them become a Wyvern knight, they can’t learn it. Also, I believe Vanessa, Tana and Syrene need to get a B rank support between the 3 of them.
