Dude... I'm in love. Again. Three orders of business: 1: I love your piano-only covers, but the melodica really adds something to this one. The sounds of the two instruments fuse beautifully here. And I really appreciate how you make every cover your own instead of simply rehashing the original. 2: Love the Amano-inspired Ostil Music logo on your channel page. Oh hi Merlin! Lol you made it sound like your melodica was absolutely terrible on Discord, but your melodica sounds fine to me haha. You're also much braver than I am in that you are using the short mouthpiece instead of the tube thing. Congrats on finally finishing this one :)

Hahaha listen...it was a real crisis! There was so much struggle okay?! I was going to use the hose tube thing but it just looked so weird. And then I looked up other people playing this thing and they all use the short mouth piece so I just did it to fit in...haha. But like, it's so impossible to play like that. Ima hose it next. But first! WE GOT WORK TO DO. What kind of piano do you use?

It's the Yamaha DGX-640. But I believe this model is discontinued (I've had this for a long time). There are newer models of this piano out I think! Thanks for listening.

@@Napalm242 Well just know that the sound you hear on the video isn't the sound directly from the piano. It's the sound in the program I use to record (I use Reason). In theory you can use any sound/instrument you want since the piano is just the controller. But the actual sound of the piano is still good in my opinion!

Hahaha finally someone asks the important question. It's a technical issue I face all the time. The earbuds are playing the original song which I'm basically playing along with. The headset is outputting my piano. I only do this double headphone setup when the timing is important (aka, multiple instrument or collaborations) otherwise I'd just use the piano output. Essentially I just need wireless earbuds but I'm too lazy to buy them.
