FIRST TIME?!? I used to be a manager there. Damn good subs the best subs (yes I am very much biased). The ham is where you are getting that sweet taste from btw!! The Italian is basically the hook and ladder (ham and turkey) with pepperoni and salami. You got all my favorites. But next time go in and try: Turkey bacon ranch (light ranch they add too much sometimes) Cajun chicken “Seth’s Pepperoni meatball” -tell them to just add the firehouse sauce on the bottom. And put pepperoni and salami on the top. Bacon on top if you want to diabetes and greatness And try “Kaylahs Italian salad” (Edit: Kaylah would’ve killed me if I got it wrong so from Kaylah HERSELF) “It’s the chicken, pepperoni, salami, banana peps, cucumber, tomato, chopped pickle, and Italian dressing “ (but fr tho add turkey and ham on it.. don’t tell Kaylah) Great content!! Love your channel fam!! The brisket always the best. Normally comes by itself with mayo and bbq sauce but add some peppers and bacon on that. It’ll be hard NOT to get it everytime

They used to have b4 Covid a hot sauce bar that had tons of different flavors. You could pick up one of the little cups as many as you wanted and fill it with however many sauces you wanted. Post Covid you get 2 choices of garbage sauce. The subs are still really good.

I think all these sub making places should have Arugula and Baby Spinach as vegetable options. Lettuce like Daym Drops says is just crunchy water and has no nutrional value. Also always have the sandwich maker sprinkle salt and pepper on your tomatoes 🍅 it's a must.

Do they steam the buns anymore? I went to one of the first ones in Canada in Ontario in April/2022. Maybe in Richmond Hill🤔 I stayed with my sister in Vaughn and remember having to drive for a bit to get there.🤷‍♀️Anyway I had a steak and cheese or something and the bun was steamed. Game changer. The BEST sub I have ever had 😋😁in my life. Maybe they will come to BC soon.

Wow !! They really stuff those sandwiches !! You would never find that in a Dutch sandwich shop, we are not used to that. And you can't find a meatball sub like that with marinara and cheese unfortunately. We do have Subway, but no meatball sub to be found anymore. See you on the next one !! ❤

I have to say, I don't like Subway one bit. The flavours aren't something I enjoy. I'm not a fussy eater. I don't like bell peppers or coffee. I'll eat, and mostly enjoy, pretty much anything else. Subway isn't one of them. Those Fire House Subs looked REALLY good! I really liked the look of the meatball sub. I was surprised that it was your least favourite. They all looked really good though.
