I remember when Shiranui was considered borderline trash before it came to Duel Links. NOBODY was playing it. I adopted it as my signature deck in 2016, when Duel Links was just starting, and I had fun coming up with combos for it in a quiet corner of YGO Percy. But if you think Shiranui are toxic, whoo boy, I envy your ignorance. You're in for some nasty surprises if you try to head into the TCG. Duel Links is pretty sheltered compared to THAT shitstorm.

Thank you, this is a great build you made for Fire Kings! The only tweak I made was I swapped one Battlin' Boxer Veil for a Cosmic Cyclone, since both are on the limited 3 banlist. The main reason being is I hate when I come across Necrovalley. The odds of winning against a Necrovalley with just Fire Kings without a spell removal card like CC are so slim, I'd rather have at least one in my deck that I can hope to pull (especially if I have Draw Sense: Spell/Trap or Destiny Draw set as my skill). Also, having 3 Battlin' Boxer Veils and 2 Kiteroids for stalling I felt caused my deck to brick more often (if starting hand is nothing but stalls). 2 of both seemed to have better synergy at least for me during my games. Also, CC can actually make for some pretty interesting combo plays with Fire King Island. As a Quick Play spell, being able to time it almost whenever can come in extremely handy. Opponent is trying to banish a monster you can't afford to let that happen to? Chain a CC to make Fire King Island leave the field to activate destroying your cards before that can happen (Circle of Fire Kings tends to be better for this kind of play, but it's good to know there's another option). Also, if you need an extra attack to finish off your opponent, activating CC to Fire King Island can destroy Avarta so that it revives one of your cards in the graveyard that can then make an extra attack. Or Yaksha or Barong can special summon from your hand after your monsters get destroyed to make that additional attack happen (again similar to CoFK type of plays, but good to have an additional set of versatile options). These combos can potentially end up being what clutches the game. Now if there was only a way to be able to effectively handle Superheavy Samurai Stealth Ninja. I find those like Necrovalley can be an especially hard counter to the Fire Kings. But it's hard to decide what card should be swapped out, and going over 20 is out of the question I feel. Because drawing Fire King Island needs to be at it's best odds due to how core it can be for the deck :(

Edit: Nevermind. Watched ahead. Sigh. Whatever. Yo i got cocytused the other day. Its fine. Just ride it out. 16:00 You dont know for sure hes preban. Honestly i think a 1 navigation - 2 rod build can work very well. What does the deck really do? Play circle. Cheese DM to abuse. You can still run 3 circle. This build still has the 2 rods it already had. Just run different methods to cheese the DM. The 2500 butt guy doesnt compete with rod for space. Rod got bumped to only fight with nav. Thats a lot of tricks. Read robe lately? That seems pretty easy. TBH im a fan of the ritual build. 3 DM curtains instantly activate master of rites skill and the ritual plus circle is mostly gg. My point is DM is still very strong (tier 3 at least) it just needs to do more then race to navigation. But it has more. People just need to think a little.

U can play wolfbark and vylon disigims, wolfbark makes easy 3 amterial rank 4 plays which can bring vylon, which can take your opponent's monster Rekindling does a similar job aswell.

I like putting a Lance to protect me from karmic cut. It's useful for attacking over Basitrice, onimaru and other indestructible monsters with over 2700 atk, otherwise there's no other way to deal with those guys
