Don’t worry, wait for boomie video. He has essentially pre made groups that focus him getting dps. Not to say mage won’t be busted 920 seasons in a row…. But everything he plays looks busted, and (the slow person I am just realized) in every video he has best team to make it so. Hence why he says “I’m maining this class” in many videos. Haven’t watched this yet, but don’t worry everything is kinda broken in beta testing. Still fun to see 2-3 mil dps. Not saying he’s doing anything wrong. Just take a grain or 2000 of salt before you take this video as gospel. I am saying this prior to watching. Edit: 6:13 exactly what I’m saying 😅

all i can see in the first 10 minutes of this is problems managing SKB which is exactly why i dont like fire mage in m+. losing skb or using it at the wrong time like when a pack dies just feels so bad and slows you down so much. so punishing. not the kind of difficulty i enjoy :(

Disgusting from blizzard that they nerf VDH (had to) but never touch the f**** mages the last idk like 10 seasons mage was meta but never got nerfed how the balacing works at blizzard they clearly all play mages cause the toolkit the mages have and right now have in TWW aswell is absurd compare to other specs like shaman or war or druid so disgustingly unbalanced the game and they clearly not gonna change it so mages still gonna be meta pretty sure its just mind blowing to me why mages has to be meta every season when was the last time melee meta was the go to fully.

dont fret abot complexity. once tying a lace was complex for all of us. taking 1-5 months to go deep into a spec is what makes you good. no player ever played a spec at top level after only a month.

Ye they will nerf the dmg but the fact that living bomb is usefull now and u can actually perform well in lower keys too is perfect. Ah nice way to insert comercials too , last Marcelian video i watched was 2 adds every 4 mins ...

Tww comes out & fire mage is pretty week esp the Frostfire spec. So much for the Beta fire mage. Anyway it's getting a buff at reset tonight, but at the moment I have switched from fire to arcane

If you haven't tried arcane yet you gotta try it too man, i think you'll be blown away at how fun it is. They've actually pruned it a bit and it's a fair bit more approachable now.

I don't seem to get what's so good about Fire Mage. Sure it does loads of damage and the visuals look cool but it seems like you're just using the ST rotation anywhere possible? Is that correct? Think I'm going to stick with Warlock.

He's spreading ignite and living bombs passively with multiple spells. Ignite build is better, hopefully stay that way, flamestrike is so annoying to use.

They haven't actually been top DPS for a while. The reason most M+ groups want a fire mage is the utility and the fact that they have a perfect damage profile for killing priority targets. But currently if a fire mage is beating you on overall you're doing something wrong.

Boomy had fun like this for 2 mins in DF beta before they nerfed all of it lol. Got rid of infinite incarn procs versus just nerfing the damage. Mages wont get touched like that though probably, might have to reroll.
