If i recall correctly, u can attempt to hit your finisher whenever you want. But it the opponent isnt beat up enough or tired its unlikely to be successful

The idea is you have to wear them down quite a bit first. When youve done a fair bit of damage and they start doing the breathing thing. Its based on njpw so finishers are done multiple time a lot of the time

When you create a caw You want to go to team edit and then transfer wrestler. Scroll down to retire and your caw should be in there. Hope this works for you.
