Luis Ortega-Paz interviews Simone Biscaglia and Gianluca Campo about the FIRE trial. Results showed elderly patients presenting with either #STEMI or #NSTEMI benefit from complete revascularization, reducing cardiovascular events risk at 1 year compared to culprit lesion-only PCI.
