Fire trucks are in a hurry at all times when the lights are on and siren screaming. The question was why people people don't pull over and stop . Sometimes you might not be able to pull over. It's tough. I know I've in spots like that BUT people who don't make an effort to pull over and not stop should not be the road if they don't understand what they have to do.
