The only potential thing however when preaching about gifts, would be to be careful about those celebrating the idea they are gifted in leading others, when the leadership is not necessarily 'right' per se. Especially if others are calling out the potential flaws and wrongness, yet the born leader one only shrugs it off and doubles down on wrong things. Peace, in the name of Jesus. For only Jesus was a born leader and many other self-proclaimed leaders can indeed lead and teach falsely with plenty of human faults as well. Amen
