well im definately not going to moscow anytime soon. i cant be leave they dont have atleast one ladder truck at the scene. seriously wtf? And i love the response time and the sense of urgency the brothers in moscow have. this sickens me.

Moscow has buildings without staircase just elevators/lifts. 22 floors only exit by elevator

Where's the full scale FD response here? I mean seriously, is the Moscow FD really that sparse to where they can't even get equipment to the fire before dozens of civilians gather to try and fix the problem themselves?
