What if you want to update a Custom String Field that you created earlier not name or photo, how can you do that using user.update() method and its profileUpdates ????

If u want custom fields then u need to create a collection for users and store documents inside that collection.

If u have used email, then later, at some point inside ur application u have to ask the user to enter his name and then use firebase auth to update his details.
