Fireboy is like the quiet guy with 16+ personalities. One minute he’s a lover boy, next a certified loner, later he’s in the club vibrating and now a gangster. A great man!!!🔥

As a Kenyan wherever I go, all I hear is Nigerian Music. What Kenyans appreciate about Nigerian Music is that its so original, no copying of western culture, but rather a depiction of African culture in its most original form.

And that’s exactly what needs to be done in all areas. And above all films to allow and encourage representation so that one day we can break the mental alienation created by the colonizers. There are non-black people who very rarely and sometimes never see black people until a certain age, maybe 15 or older, but in Africa a one year old already sees white people all over the television. Hollywood television is everywhere and in Western movies or shows, black people are mostly in the background and rejected, which automatically teaches our children to hate themselves and see themselves as inferior. The princes and princesses are all non-black. All of this mentally programs a black child growing up with this to feel less good about themselves and this gives rise to all these Africans who depigment their skin. In short, we must completely de-Westernize ourselves from everything that does not serve us and makes us weak and vulnerable. God bless Africa. ✊🏾✊🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️

South African here, I Fell in love with Afrobeat 11 years ago when I was still a student at UCT. Man I love how this genre of music is so African and soothing although sometimes I do not understand some words. I hope this emerging fusion of Afrobeat and Amapiano does not disrupt this beauty. It is so amazing to know that Africa has these two influential music genres although Afrobeat is the most popular genre. This variety is so awesome
