I was there on that fire, on Ambulance 510A. I trained Kyle on the ambulance when he was a rookie. It's been 17 years, and I still have difficulty getting through this month.

Kyle isn’t forgotten. I reviewed this incident with my shift just a few weeks ago. Hopefully they learned something which will help them at some point in the future because of it.
