If you ever forget to save a vehicle, you can access the previous 10 autosaves from the load then backups menu. This would have been useful for you at 1:20

Hey Frantic, a game i think you would love is a game called "Dredge" you have a boat and go out fishing. gradually getting better fish and deeper into the ocean. with secrets and lore. A bit late though sorry.

Why don't you buy those Hospital Ships? They'll serve as Hospital for you instead of OB Lighthouse And for the Radiator cover of the truck, have you tried to use railings?
