Well we all know there are idiots out there. That’s just proof some people have no taste. I like to think they mis-clicked.

Brother this video is so beautiful. I don’t know why, maybe it’s because this is such a touching song combined with my sudden realisation of how beautiful of a language signing is… either way this made me tear up. So beautiful. Thank you for this ❤️

I'd say, good attempt. However this wasn't done in entire Auslan and still follows English word order. If I were to watch you without the captions, I confess, I would struggle to follow you. I'd suggest you check out the sign for SHEEP as you've used the American sign in this video.

I was wondering what made you learn auslan?
@signsoflife85517 жыл бұрын
I grew up signing ASL I learned it from my mum and her Deaf friend, but learned AUSLAN more recently from Deaf friends in my church. Because I didn't like not being able to communicate.

Signs of Life So are you from America but moved to Australia? That’s very interesting. You should share your story. I’m currently learning auslan as well but you appear fluent. I did originally think you were a CODA.

One of my fav songs and Auslan... awesome combination! The chorus just fits so well for sign. BTW subscribed just in case you decide to do more vids. Can do do “Sign your name across my heart” please? I’ve been trying to learn that in sign for years!

Such a great video, thank you! Is it difficult to sing in English and sign at the same time? I imagine it would be like my speaking in English and trying to write in French simultaneously!
@signsoflife85516 жыл бұрын
Yeah that's a great metaphor, once you get the hang of it you can just think in Auslan. Not many hearing people understand that it is a real language with grammar, Idioms, ect.

@@trisull4209 He's not deaf. No Deaf Australian would use the American sign for sheep.
