it's not fun one but it's also realistic. gives an interesting character arch to some characters because while there are many good cops out there, there are the bad apples too. I just wish Karen seemed more... upset? but since she seemed to have a rep, then i guess it's just ic lol. I hope we see her turn into some high end jaded crime boss or something lol.

Hey Fire! I have a question. If a situation like that occurs would they still have their rank roleplay wise (obv not the same character) or would they have to apply (or however you get the rank) again?

That character is stripped of their LEO certification (in our system, leo cert allows you to access police computers, drive police vehicles and open locked doors in stations. So that character is 'fired' and can't do those things anymore. The player still has all their other characters and can make more ones, its just in game, nothing out.

whats bad is due to loopholes in american laws on a federal level if an officer in uniform performs sexual acts on a suspect in custody even non consensual is consensual which has been seen time and time again and no one fixes this issue with the laws but then they focus on gun laws which only really takes the guns away from civilians who have the right to bear arms and most likely wouldn't use those guns to commit crimes due to the fact its registered a large majority of gun related crime are done with unregistered weapons purchased on the street or black market sites therefore stricter gun control honestly helps no one but the criminals (just figured id point this out to everyone)

@@Firekitten_officialsorry to be an ass i kinda dont speak on issue like that without extensive research its due to a loophole in the federal law some states have corrected it with their state laws after controversial cases of officers that had body cam footage of what happened were brought to federal court and then released due to this loophole ive done a lot of research into loopholes in the law that in turn make certain crimes while not truly legal in a grey area where they cant be touched and since it was noticed federal authorities have made no attempt to correct the law which is why some states fixed it themselves the problem still remains if an officer convicted of said crime in uniform bring it to the federal level which is why now states that changed it do everything in their power to avoid it getting brought to a federal level (as stated it doesnt technically make it legal but it is in such a grey area its almost impossible to keep the conviction) by the way love your videos and im not trying to argue just pointing out issue with how certain laws are worded causes issues with pursuing legal consequences due to said wording keep up the good work by the way there were around 3 cases in the last few years across the us that this happened i just hope those states proceed to do the right thing and correct the mis wording of the law as well im just informing people bc its the only way things change its a grey area due to the fact according to federal law its a lawful order bc the laws wording doesnt say otherwise which is the only issue with that law sorry again for being an ass and bringing this up in your comments that wont happen again i kinda figured it fit with the topic of the video and sorry bout all the edits didnt wanna keep doing replies
