Black pepper powder
Cheese slice
Capsicum
Cabbage
Carrot
Salt
Tomato Ketchup
2. For 7 layer Dahi Chaat
Papdi Layer:
15-20 pieces Indian papdi, broken into smaller pieces
Potato Layer:
3 medium potatoes , boiled and finely chopped
1/2 small beetroot (grated)
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
salt , to taste
Yogurt Layer:
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Sprouts Layer:
Mung bean sprouts
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masaala
Chutney Layer:
Mint chutney
Boondi Layer:
Masala boondi
Dhokla Layer:
5-6 pieces dhokla , store bought, roughly crumbled
Tamarind Chutney layer:
4 to 5 spoon Tamarind Chutney
Garnish:
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup sev (bhujiya)
2 spoons Coriander leaves
2 spoon Tomato ketchup
