Excellent video! I love my Dutch ovens. I do a pot of beans simmered in a crockpot/ dutch oven all the time. It always makes for a great meal in the winter with lots of leftovers.

That dish looks absolutely killer a lot more work to cook on the fireplace, aside from bragging rights if you will, do you find that adds any additional taste to the meal itself? By the way, a great choice of music.

Fantastic video, loved this style, you should throw it in once in a while. I believe people throw ASMR or was it ARSM :) at it to get more views, it was definitely that. Nice choice of music and lovely camerawork, did not notice focusing. Use higher ISO or larger F stop might help ????? That meal with a huge pile of crispy chicken skin as a side, winter warming to a tee ! Nice work Anderson. And nice fireplace.
