Nice build, similar to something i was using You should have Primal knuckle duster mod atleast for your boulderdash, this is a base damage increase, while you are not using it for damage it will atleast & allow it to kill any of the standard mob enemies, this helps alot with the monster enemies, and anything in melee. You are also converting anomaly to firepower, which is inefficient for the build, it is easier to do sharp-eye and stack more armour mods take the conversion of armour to firepower from the set bonus, especially doubling it with primal armour boulderdash mod.

Nice build! I use a hybrid type build where I get huge firepower for during cooldowns, huge AP(technically it's higher unless in cooldown), and my armor grows as my AP grows, which makes me super tanky. Unfortunately it isn't perfect (yet!) since I'm still looking for that god roll helmet to complete it but as it stands, doing the Eye of the Storm solo is practically a speed run for me. Btw, I love the Deathronome mod since it helps boost my build (though I was doing pretty good before I used it.) I probably will do a second Dev just to try out your build at some point since it seems pretty cool although I was wondering WHY you don't have a sidearm listed in your build?

Yeah I tried the all crit dev at like apoc 30 and I noticed it’s super powerful. Now there isn’t a single area that dev can’t compete with everyone else on lmao

Take a look at Trigger Twitch for an FP Devastator. I think it’s at least as good as Deathproof. Melts everything in seconds, too.

I finally completed a trial using the DP set but I can’t say I’ll be switching over. I went with more damage mitigation using golem. The final arby was the biggest hurdle. Hadn’t considered magma shelter paired with supercollider but if that works as well as it looks I may have to see if I can make that swap in my current loadout.

I'm curious whether the deathproof with fortress bug is still working, which would allow near infinite damage after a few ramp ups.

I don't think that you explained why magma shelter is important for this build. Could you please elaborate?

Sure thing! Magma Shelter is mostly there for boss fights but can be used anywhere to give yourself cover. The cover is important as that's how we proc Supercollider for the 25% damage boost. The reason this works so well on shotguns especially is that the 25% seems to be per pellet rather than per shot, so as any other weapon type fires 1 bullet for the 25% boost, a shotgun fires multiple (possibly 8 or more) which all get the 25% boost, leading to massive damage per shot =) - SongsOfRaze

Looks like a really cool build but I'm having a hard time doing the combo: Boulder dash, melee attack, take cover and shoot a loot of bullits within 4 seconds (crit window). Playing console. Anyone got some experience pulling it off?

Tankiness of a deathproof devastator is crazy, due to stacking armour to protect you then means more damage output from the legendary set bonus. I've not died once using this build in the past, and I'd be surprised if you ever did as long as you're up close and getting the kills 🙂 - SongsOfRaze
