Dad was mechanic he had multiple tool boxes one for just sockets 1 inch drive at the bottom and smaller as they went up and then there were drawers of impact sockets and of course there deep well and short and this point and that , and then they came out with torx and Allen so they had a box just for them and on and on

Yes Ross you differently need a bigger tool box. You know your tool box is to small if you don't have a few empty draws for future tool purchases.

Ross, get another Toolbox for your Specialty tools. A bigger toolbox will be hard to move around + heavier. Trust me. I've gone the route of bigger toolbox, it got to heavy to move.

Look into ConMet pre set hubs. They come pre loaded with bearings and seals. All you do is torque them down to the directions and your done

The bad thing anout that is we would spend so much extra money on getting a new hub we can rebuild them ourselves why not do it

Disk drills have discs and guage wheels like the planters and we put them shims on on side also to get the right distance between the disk and the wheel not too close or to tight. When the guage wheel wears after a season or two and the gap gets to wide and mud get in and plugs them up we just remove a couple shims to get them closer again.

That spindle looked warped. That grease as silicone in it to help it in place. Next time lay a 2x4 on top of the seal beings you don't have the seal driver. Using the old race can damge the seal. Ask me how I know LOL.

SHIMS GO BEHIND THE OPENER TOO SET THE CONTACT GAP OF THE OPENER DISCS.

They also go between the arm and the gauge wheel to keep the gauge wheel off the opener disk

Yes we do it was difficult to see in the video we packed them with oil not grease as they are oil bearings

I would have thought the part on the combine would have took 80/90 gear oil instead of 9 tubes of grease
