Nice work. The set look good. Have you thought about leaving tabs on the corner of the shovel and riveting them instead of welding? It might look good and save on welding. There are also some simple jigs you could make for the flypress to bend them consistently. Just a thought, keep up the good work😀👍✊🇮🇪

Yes I’ve seen riveted shovels, I should give one a try!

A nice metal cup over the wood part of the brush would be nice, still excellent workmanship, stay safe.

Yes bill used to do that I must see if he still has the swages.

Nice set, I'm really enjoying this series. You could make a forming block out of wood for the shovel or make the desired shape (of the outside) out of 16 or 20mm square bar and weld it to some 10mm plate. Its only taking light hammering so should be more than strong enough.

Ponder a colab with Daniel Moss Trust Me I'm A Blacksmith. Dan's a super cool dude and talented smith. Just don't tell him Crawford sent you, as he will smack w with his hammer AGAIN! 🙏 Blessed days and well wishes Sir Crawford out 🔥⚒️🧙🏼♂️
