Player Development is a word used to discredit the head coach because of horrible draft picks. I agree player development is important but most of Joe’s draft picks have been just bad nothing to do with player development. Daboll basically took gentleman’s roster to the playoffs and have only gotten worse by Joe’s drafting and free agency acquisitions. Both should be gone more because of Shane the Daboll

Answer to how to build a successful roster around a new qb: Stop drafting young offensive linemen. Keep bringing in veterans with experience. We made strides in FA this season on the oline. Bring in a veteran veteran, guard and center. Draft TWO QBs. Draft young d linemen with power and motors. Sign a big ticket FA CB. Then go from there.

THANK GOD they didn't keep Saquon. What a DISASTER that would have been. Also, Derrick Henry was available. I suggested they go after him. THANK GOD this management knows what they are doing, right? Either one of those 2 Running Backs would have ruined this otherwise stellar season. They know what they are doing. The coaching has been AMAZING. The management has been STUPENDOUS. To be honest, I'm not *too* worried about the Raiders. Yeah I would like the #1 pick so they have their choice of QB, but if they're #2 then we either get Sanders or Ward, and I'm fine with either one of them, so I wouldn't be too upset. The ultimate mistake was letting 1 of the best RB in the game leave over 6 million dollars. He brought us 2 the playoffs with a shit QB, alone. Jones did not do that. You pay talent! At the time DJ was the best option. Tuff break that we had a horrible offense line 2023 and got DJ hurt , and I’m not trying to defend jones, I’m just saying y’all calling for Joes job, talking about all of these “bad” decisions, but just two years ago were hyping it up for contract construction.
