FireStaff / Rapier Is Still Alive & Strong (New PvP Montage)

I used to love playing the game but quit when the max gs was increased to 625. FS Rapier was my main build and I will always miss the fond memories I had furiously dueling my friend McGrimey while we waited for someone to come challenge us at the fort, or waiting for an invasion to start.

As somebody who just hit lvl 60 and lvoes firestaff, do you have any tips for stuff like gemstones, which combos are best or anything like that cuz im still kinda new but love the firestaff any advice would help

nothing wrong with FT man if its not your thing i respect that, FT suits my Playstyle perfectly and all the other option for me aren't worth using as the are easily countered or require to much micro managing. this isn't my main build im BB/FS but tried this out for a bit and really enjoyed it.

Flamethrower is broken needs nerf ASAP

flamethower is for braindead players :/ you have potential for being true pvp player, but with flamethower.. uhm.. this ability is such broken

I mean would you prefer I use Meteor shower which is legit ass. Incinerate which is even more ass oh let’s not forget pillar and you guessed is ass in live will be good in S1 that leaves me with the three abilities I have. Flamethrower is not busted never has been never will be it’s the easiest ability in the game to counter you legit just need to fight back the players that run when I use it I know immediately that’s a bad player. I don’t need your validation man although I do appreciate it but I play on COS and have competed and many 1v1 tournaments here and not one of the amazing players has complained about FT in fact not one FT has won the whole thing. It’s easy to say something is busted simply because the player lacks the ability to counter it, it’s not a Overpowered issue it’s quite actually a skill issue. I beg you to try and replicate this against these players not easy man.

@@ifreshplays well said. People that complain about flamethrower are inexperienced players plain and simple. It can be annoying to deal with at times sure, but it is definitely not busted or OP. You nailed it, skill issue

@@shadowhalo24 it’s not that it’s op, it’s that it requires little to no skill to use making it extremely boring to watch. This guy has the potential to be really good and make some really enjoyable clips to watch, but running flamethrower is what’s deterring most players
