Dont you have platoon leaders or officers?

Yes we do, but at the time of this video we had a much smaller unit so we were more focused on the Team, Squad, and Platoon aspects of leadership more then anything else.

Do officers in reality also lead small units or only platoons and higher?

@@gudboi2298talking specifically about combat arms, Officers can lead small teams in special operations, but in your standard infantry unit they’re platoon leaders
