I hate being late for anything. I usually figure out how long it takes me to get there and add 30 minutes for incidentals such as traffic, road work, etc. I add more time for longer trips because the farther you go the more chances something can happen. Love your attention to customer satisfaction 👍

Personally, I like to be an hour early than 5 minutes late. Each season has its variety of delays. Winter has undrivable road conditions, summer has road construction. Besides this some addresses are hard to find.

I found when putting the trailer back-on to have put a chalk on the rear tire the last time it was taken off, makes life easier not harder

HI Chris, at 3:43 when you are installing the clasp, just run the trailer harness in the clasp. If ever the harness falls off the truck, it won't run on the pavement and ruin the end piece.. It happenned to me on those 4 wire type plug in. Now I always run the harness in the D-ring that locks the trailer hitch.

I was raised in the military, my father was in for 20 years and when I was 18 I joined and was in 4 yrs. When I was in, being late, would get you put in the brig. My motto is, if you are not 15 min. early, you are late. To me, it is a sign of disrespect to the other person. I like how you think about being on time. BUT, sometimes life gets in the way.

That much ash per cord? Thats insane compared to ol fir. I burn fir with no bark, and 2 clean outs per year tops. Mabe half that trash can per year.. Hard woods in general, definitely make more ashes!! . I know with the county fairs i get used fry oil from, the rates there charged are rather eye watering. The charge for the space and the % charge on the sales. Can Add up to thousands.

We sell mostly hardwoods because it is what people want. I get $360 a full cord and in big cities like Chicago it goes for $700-800 a full cord and in the country side here where there are lots of trees and few people it can be found for $150-200 a full cord. . Where you are matters.
