Firewood Harvesting as a Forest Management Tool

I just acquired a nice 10 acre plot of land just east of Knoxville, thanks so much for this info! I’m looking forward to clearing some of the land and harvesting the wood (mostly oak, poplar, elm and hickory!!) for building, furniture and fuel.
