Great video - thanks. I subscribed. I appreciated your explanation about the need for a bore cut on this particular tree. The crane you have on your trailer looks perfect for lifting heavy rounds. Is that something you bought or constructed? It looks to be perfect for the woodbank where I volunteer to better enable us to pick up donated firewood.

Ok, so I’ve felled some good sized trees and had success and then I’ve had a couple scare the S@&t out of me by cracking and splitting and completely collapsing near me. My question is what is that called. Your title says Barber Chair… I picked up the term from old logging buddies and the say Barb-bur-chur What is the correct name?

Barber chair is the "correct term". Words and pronunciation vary from state to state. I hate when an English major attempts to correct me on how I want to pronounce a word. Say what sounds correct to you. Create your own style. Apples to Apples, it doesn't matter.
