I just did $150 and had a bunch of Roman candles and little $10-15 cakes and found a 6 pack of canister shells for 25 and they were great to add in at a decent price. It was enough for my little 2 person show and the kiddos next door loved them.

I love watching Cody’s videos. I recently got into fireworks hardcore since it was only a few years ago Pennsylvania changed their laws. I shot a few cakes last year but not gonna lie I’m very nervous this year me and my friend bought almost triple amount and more variety since last year. The firework superstore in Hannibal Missouri has very good prices. If you live in nearby states it’s defiantly one of your best options. Your looking at classic cakes like hit the road jack for about 23$

Killer video out here in Texas I set up for a 400 dollar display. My neighbor got wind of what I was up to and chipped in two cakes and and it took off from there. We ended up with so many contributions that we ended shooting everything in batches of three to cut the time down. Seventy four cakes in all.

My last minute buy was $230. Stock was limited on July 3rd, Twin Leaf on the Rez, now has a year round store. Drop Zone by Warrior, 11 shot 200G $15, nothing to scream about. Easy Does It by Outlaw, 25 shot 200G cake, $26, that was a good buy Hood Billy by Warrior, "16 shots" 500g cake $54. This was a good one, each shot sent up a double! Cobra Kai by Warrior, 24 -5" Canisters, $140. These made the neighbor 3 miles away stop their show! 2 Campgrounds in a 3 mile radius could see it.

The place I usually go to has Canisters 5" all day for under $100. Found some 4" Excalibur for 60 so not horrible at all. If you ever feel like making the trip, it's Ripon Discount Fireworks. I can get 4-5 500 gram cakes for right around $100 and most of their 200G cakes aren't much more than $7-10. I always regret it when I go anywhere else lately cause the prices right now. Ripon discount got cleaned twice and managed to keep their shelves full and prices down.

Definitely before. In a lot of cases, the prices tend to go up the closer you get to the 4th. Also, in some cases, the inventory of stores tends to dissipate more rapidly the closer you get to the 4th. Bigger chain stores such as Phantom don't generally have that problem, though, and keep a good stock right up to the day of. I get mailers with coupons for Phantom, and can get some really great deals. I love seeing what my savings is on the receipt when I'm done! On my last trip, I saved well over $600. Yes, I know there's a steep markup at Phantom, but it's my preference to believe I am getting a good deal.

Codyyyyyy. You need to try out a noab called badassical blast by phantom fireworks. I wish I could post a photo on here. Thing is a massive noab with the diameter of the tubes is 3”!!!!! It’s going to be my precursor for my grand finale and then right as that is finishing I have two beach blow outs by raccoon and 2 art attack by winds that will go off right after this noab, all four at same time for finale. Hopefully I get my fuse lengths and timings correct for my whole show.
