Firework Shatters Window, Burns House Down, El Cajon

EL CAJON - July 4, 2012 - A firework is possibly to blame for a structure fire in El Cajon just before 10pm. Neighbors off-camera told me they heard several explosions and believed a firework was shot through the bedroom window of the home. One resident, whom I interviewed, says he was walking down the street when he heard about 10 loud explosions and then saw smoke coming out of the home. Please see SOT for further.
