No, I took a caliper on the WTTJ rockets and they are 2" no more than that. Boom in the room !

Most people add the wrap to the measurement, you are 100% correct. They are 2 inch

I've disassembled one, the paper tape wrap is thick on them for sure. And made with run of the mill powder. They ain't bad, but far better out there
